I photo-document all jobs  and send to you. Due to 450 jobs, many photos are available upon request  -  or in person if you want to watch me scroll thru hundreds of photos!


WHAT I DO NOT DO ....no large Sheetrock. No new decks. No roofs, exce;t inspections on flat roofs.  No NEW electrical. No NEW plumbing. No new HVAC. No yard work. No digging. WHY: No truck to carry stuff, I work out of a trusty 2016 Mazda CX-5...and have no licenses to do NEW Electrical and Plumbing. Call someone else!

I do NOT hire other workers unless you request this. I work alone w/optional help. Install, repair, fix, improve and create and invent on the spot. Very resourceful. My talent is making something out of an idea, being an Industrial designer. I have created dozens of new products from a sketch for 25 years.

I am very indoor friendly to home projects and wear the best N95  mask on the Planet- the  Renmarsupply.com N95 - which deactivates ALL germs in 5 seconds. Sorry to tell yo this but nearly ALL other masks are Virus Hotels -which are to be disposed of often!

The variety of projects and applying risk reduction design, and the timeless philosophy of measure twice draw once, then save!

I studied LEED and try to use recycled materials often if applicable. After 14 years at this I have a lot of spare parts and will bring them to your gig at low costs or free.
