I am a precise craftsmen who is fully committed to Commercial repairs and fixes and have 6 tool buckets in my Mazda SUV for fast response! I charge $50 for a trip charge and $75 for the first hour = $125 to show up.

Flooring Time to re-tile
Dollar Stores customers play bumper carts with fixtures and tiles in fornt of frequently purchased items. . Here the mananger wanted a different color so the cutomers could 'remember' where the stuff is! This was a large store and the work was done in tight spaces whilst customers shopped
The sub-floor was old concrete that cracked below, a sub-standard mix; this was the root cause of the tiles cracking.
Wet Interior Repairs
Repairs to sheetrock walls, paneling and ceiling tiles.
Roof leaks are the landlords' problem and stained ceiling tiles- brownish- can sag, from water. Lets document the drip so you can make them pay for the tiles.
Store fixtures fixed
Are your shopping cart barriers loose from the floor? Is the handicapped button working? Safery First!
Doors aligned
Entry doors get loose after hundreds of daily customers, maybe the door closure is slow? Does the front door lock?
Try WD-40 before calling me - that's the fist thing I do anyway.
My mission, should you
decide to accept it....
Is to investigate and document the problem quickly and locate a replacement part, go get it and install in as a short a time as possible.
Look at the RH door- the push bar broke off from
customers pulling instead of pushing.
I drilled out the broken bolt over the weekend and applied epoxy and slowly tapped in a new bolt and fixed the problem: this took many hours of dry time. Patience Pays!
