My Thinking
Here, someone in TEXAS asked me to go on the roof over a 4 store plaza. I declined the job because:
Roof access door code not available to an out of state vendor (Texas firm that called me) So, they asked me to get a ladder and climb to the top, not good.
NOPE! Once I scaled the wall I would be trapped with no way to get down - see diagram >>>>
